Ingredients :
Boneless Chicken – 350g
Ginger – Garlic Paste – 2 tablespoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Black paper – 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
Sesame oil – 3 tablespoon
Cornflour powder – 3 tablespoon
Egg – 1
Onion – 3
Capsicum – 1
Green chilli – 4
Sugar – 1 teaspoon

Process :
At first clean the chicken very carefully then add lemon juice 2 teaspoon, ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon, red chilli powder 2 teaspoon, black pepper 2 teaspoon, mix and marinate for 3-4 hours after 3 hours add 1 egg in it and add cornflour powder until it’s become sticky, heat oil in pan then add ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon, add onion tomatoes and capsicums in it, fry, add tomato sauce 2 tablespoon, chilli sauce 1 tablespoon soya sauce 1 teaspoon mix in a medium flame, add chicken in it, then add water 1/2 cup, cook for 4-5 minutes in a medium flame, lastly add black pepper 1 teaspoon and it is ready
Best serve with Fried Rice ❤️
