Veg Fried Rice Recipe | Fried Rice Recipes
Ingredients:
– Soaked Basmati Rice 2Cups/200Grams
– Chopped Onion 1Cup
– Chopped Carrot 1Cup
– Chopped Beans 1Cup
– Chopped Cabbage 1Cup
– Finely Chopped Green Chili 6
– Peas 1Cup
– Ginger – Garlic Paste 1Tsp
– Soy Sauce 2Tsp
– Red Chili Sauce 1Tsp(optional)
– Vinegar 1Tsp
– Pepper Powder 1Tsp
– Chopped Spring Onion 1/2Cup
– Oil 2Tbsp
– Salt to Taste
– Water
Method
1) In a boiling water add soaked basmati rice, oil and salt. Cook for 10minutes or until rice is cooked well.
2) Strain the water and keep aside for later use.
3) In a pan add oil, onion , green chili and saute for sometime. Add carrot,beans,cabbage peas and salt 1/2tsp. Cook for 5-6minutes.
4) Add red chili sauce, soy sauce and Vinegar and mix well and cook for a minute.
5) Add boiled rice, mix well without breaking the rice. Add Salt & pepper powder and mix well.
6) Add Spring onion and turn off the stove.
Serve Hot;))
