Instant Pot Cream Cheese Chili Recipe | I’m sharing one of our family’s favorite chicken chili dinners in case you are still looking for a yummy meal to eat tonight. It’s the Instant Pot Cream Cheese Chili Recipe. It takes less than an hour from start to finish- and my toddler loves it- so double win!⁣ 🙌⁣

Instant Pot Cream Cheese Chili Recipe:
Ingredients:⁣⁣
* 2 chicken breasts⁣⁣
* 1 can black beans⁣⁣
* 1 can corn (don’t drain)⁣⁣
* 1 can Rotel Tomatoes & Green Chiles (don’t drain)⁣⁣
* 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce⁣⁣
* 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix⁣⁣
* 1 teaspoon cumin⁣⁣
* 1 Tablespoon chili powder⁣⁣
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder⁣⁣
* 1 teaspoon onion powder⁣⁣
* ½ cup water⁣⁣
* 1 8 ounce package cream cheese⁣⁣
⁣⁣
1. Place chicken in bottom of your Instant Pot. Combine beans, corn, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, ranch seasoning, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and water. Pour over chicken.⁣⁣

2. Close the instant pot, turn the knob to sealing, and cook for 20 minutes if the chicken is thawed and 25 if it is frozen.⁣⁣

3. When finished cooking, do a quick release. Shred the chicken, stir in cream cheese, and mix everything together. ⁣⁣
