It’s the Instant Pot Cream Cheese Chili Recipe. It takes less than an hour from start to finish- and my toddler loves it- so double win! 🙌
Instant Pot Cream Cheese Chili Recipe:
Ingredients:
* 2 chicken breasts
* 1 can black beans
* 1 can corn (don’t drain)
* 1 can Rotel Tomatoes & Green Chiles (don’t drain)
* 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
* 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
* 1 teaspoon cumin
* 1 Tablespoon chili powder
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* ½ cup water
* 1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1. Place chicken in bottom of your Instant Pot. Combine beans, corn, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, ranch seasoning, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and water. Pour over chicken.
2. Close the instant pot, turn the knob to sealing, and cook for 20 minutes if the chicken is thawed and 25 if it is frozen.
3. When finished cooking, do a quick release. Shred the chicken, stir in cream cheese, and mix everything together.
