DESI CHILLI PANEER RECIPE AT HOME
An all time favourite, can be made quickly and turned out so yum ❤️

RECIPE
1. Add Paneer Cubes in a bowl, add 1 Tsp Maida & 1 Tsp Cornflour, a pinch of salt, Red Chilli Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste & Cumin Seeds (1 Tsp each) and 1 Tsp water and mix slowly. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
2. Take a Pan, add Oil, deep fry the marinated Paneer Cubes, take them out.
3. Take another Pan, add 3-4 Tsp Oil, add green chillies, and finely chopped Ginger, saute well. Add Onions & Capsicum, saute nicely.
4. Add Soya Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Hot Sauce, Ketchup (1 Tsp each), mix nicely. Add half a bowl of Cornflour-Water solution (1:2 Ratio), mix again. Add little bit of water if you want to.
5. Add the fried Paneer Cubes, mix on medium flame for 5 minutes and Enjoy 😊
