LETS GET COOKING SERIES- THREE CAN CHILI

This easy, three can chili recipe is packed with essential nutrients like Vitamin C, Iron, Fiber and Protein that are all necessary in achieving a balanced diet.

Ingredients:
15 oz. canned pinto beans
15 oz. low sodium canned corn
15 oz. low sodium canned crushed tomatoes
1/4 green bell pepper
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 yellow onion
1 lb. ground turkey
1 tbsp. chili powder to taste
Vegetable oil
Garnish with chives

Directions:
Place oil in a skillet and add the ground turkey, cook until brown.
Chop the green bell pepper, red bell pepper and yellow onion and place in a large pot.
Add the beans, canned corn, canned crushed tomatoes and
ground turkey to the pot.; add chili powder to taste.
Heat over medium heat until heated thoroughly.
