Chili Chicken Recipešš»
Step 1- Cut chicken into small cubes and marinate for half an hour with the below mentioned ingredients-
⢠3 tablespoons corn flour
⢠1 tablespoon all purpose flour
⢠1 tablespoon black pepper
⢠1 tablespoon salt
⢠1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
Step 2- Shallow Fry the chicken cubes for 5 minutes with Olive Oil / Sesame Oil/ Refined Oil and keep aside
Step 3- Take a non stick pan and add the following ingredients
⢠2 tablespoons chopped garlic
⢠1 tablespoon chopped ginger
⢠2-3 green chillis
⢠1 medium sized onion chopped into squares (optional)
⢠1 medium sized capsicum chopped into squares
Add the Sauce Mixture
⢠4 tablespoons tomato sauce
⢠2 tablespoons Chingās red chilli sauce
⢠2 tablespoons Chingās soya sauce
⢠1 tablespoon vinegar
⢠1-2 tablespoons Corn flour or more
⢠250 ml of water depending on how thick or thin you want your sauce
⢠Add golden brown chicken pieces and stir
⢠Top it up with some green onions and sesame seeds (optional) and enjoyy!
