Throw all the ingredients listed below into a slow cooker. (No particular order) Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours. Stir halfway. Serve with tortilla chips and top with shredded cheese if you like.
1 lb de-boned rotisserie chicken
1 handful chopped fresh cilantro
15 oz whole kernel corn
2 cloves minced garlic
2 cans white northern beans
1 medium chopped onion
1- 4 oz can chopped green chilies
24 oz chicken broth
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 C half & half
3/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
