INGREDIENTS
1.PANEER -250GMS
2.CORNFLOUR-2TBSP
3.KASHMIRI LAL MIRCH-1/2TBSP
4.MAIDA-1TBSP
5. 2 MEDIUM SIZE ONION
AND 1 CAPSICUM
6.SOYA SAUCE-1TBSP
7.VINEGAR-1TSP
8.SALT-AS PER TASTE
9.SUGAR-1/4TSP
10.FINE CHOPPED GINGER,GARLIC AND GREEN CHILLI
11.TOMATO SAUCE-1/4 CUP
12.CORNFLOUR SLURRY(2 TBSP CORNFLOUR + 1 CUP WATER)
13.BLACK PEPER-1/4TSP

RECIPE
FIRST OF ALL COAT THE PANEER WITH CORNFLOUR,MAIDA AND KASHMIRI LAL MIRCH AND 1/4TSP SALT.THEN HEAT THE OIL IN A PAN AND FRY THE PANEER TILL IT ITURNS GOLDEN BROWN.TAKE OUT THE FRIED PANEER IN A PLATE.POUR 2 TBSP IN A FRYING PAN LET THE OIL HEAT THEN ADD FINE CHOPPED GONGER,GARLIC AND GREEN CHILLI,STIR WELL THEN ADD DICED ONION AND CAPSICUM,STIR FRY IT.THEN ADD SOYA SAUCE,SUGAR,SALT,TOMATO SAUCE,BLACK PEPPER,VINEGAR.THEN ADD CORNFLOUR SLURRY,STIR WELL.COOK IT FOR 1-2 MINUTE.ADD THE FRIED PANEER STIR WELL COOK FOR 4-5 MIN.PANEER CHILLI IS READY TO SERVE.
NOTE
1.ADD SALT CAREFULLY AS ALL THE SAUCES ADDED IN PANEER CHILLI COINTAINS SALT .
2.FOR GRAVY PANEER CHILLI ADD 1/2TBSP EXTRA SOYA SAUCE AND ½ CUP WATER AND COOK FOR 2-3 MINS.
3.YOU CAN GARNISH PANEER CHILLI WITH GREEN PART OF SPRING ONION.
