2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
2 green chili (slit)
1 onion (chopped)
1/2 cup capsicum (chopped)
salt to taste
1/4 tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp red chili sauce
1/4 tbsp water (or as required)
spring onion to garnish
