Hi all, who doesn’t love chicken chilli. It’s one of the best chinese starters you can ever have. Make this tasty chicken chilli at home and enjoy chinese food without going to a restaurant. Sharing the recipe below.
Ingredients for Fried chicken batter :
Refined flour – 1/3 cup
Cornflour – 2 Tbsp
Egg – 1 no.
Boneless chicken – 180 gm
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 Tbsp
Salt – 1/4 Tsp
Black pepper crushed – 1/4 Tsp
Water – 1/4 cup
Make a thick batter and marinate chicken and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Method :
Take a nonstick pan or a chinese wok if available.
(Heat the pan)
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Garlic chopped – 1 Tbsp
Ginger chopped – 1/2 Tbsp
Celery chopped – 1/2 Tsp
Green chilli diamond cut – 1 Tbsp
Onion dice – 1/4 Cup
Yellow Red Green capsicum mix – 1/4 cup
(Saute all above ingredients)
Add next ingredients :
Water – 1/3 cup
Dark soya – 1 Tbsp
Red chilli sauce – 1 Tsp
Fried chicken – 180 gm
(Give it a boil)
Add Water and cornflour mix (slurry) – 1 Tbsp
Spring onion chopped – 1 Tbsp
Coriander chopped – 1 Tbsp
Serve hot and garnish with spring onion or fresh coriander.
