Chicken Chili Pasta:
Ingredients:
Chicken (cubed) 2 cups
Elbow pasta (boiled) 1 packet
Crushed chili 2 tbsp
Green chili (sliced) 3
Tomato chopped 3
Tomato paste 5 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Onion chopped 1 medium
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Oil 6 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Method:
In a pan heat oil and fry garlic ,ginger and onions for few minutes .now chicken cubes add and fry for 5 minutes .then oregano ,tomato, tomato paste ,salt ,lemon, juice crushed chilies and 2 cup water mix and cook bring to boil for 15 minutes. Now mix green chilies and pasta and serve hot.
Chatkhara Chicken:
Ingredients:
Chicken tikka (breast pieces) 2
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Carom seeds ½ tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Fennel 1 tsp
Red button chilies 6
Chat masala ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Lettuce leaves for garnishing
Tomatoes for garnishing
Cucumber for garnishing
Method:
Roast all whole spices to grind it well. Now in a bowl add all other ingredients and roasted ingredients to mix it well. Apply deep cuts on chicken. Then marinate chicken with prepared spice mix. Now heat oil in wok and add marinated chicken. When chicken gets tender, dish it out and garnish with cucumber, lettuce leaves and tomatoes. Itās ready to serve.
Keri Ki khati Meethi Chutney:
Ingredients:
Raw mangoes ½ kg
Sugar 250 gm
Black caraway 1 tsp
Red button chilies 12
Salt ½ tsp
Melon seeds 50 gm
Water ½ liter
Orange food color 1 pinch
Water (for sugar syrup) 1 cup
Method:
Peel off the raw mangoes, cut them in small pieces and cook in water for 20 minutes. Now cool it and blend nicely. Now in another pan add sugar, caraway seeds, red button chilies, salt and 1 cup water the cook for 10 minutes. Then blend raw mangoes and stir with spoon continuously. When it gets boil then add orange food colour and melon seeds and off the flame. Lastly when it becomes cool put in a bottle. Itās ready.
