Chili Paneer Desi Asian Style Quick Snacks Recipe

Chilli Paneer Recipe:-

1. Cottage cheese (Paneer) 300 gms
2. Ginger & Garlic paste 1 tsp
3. Chili powder 3-4 tsp
4. Salt to taste
5. Corn flour 02 tbsp
6. Oil for frying 200-250 ml
7. Dark Soya sauce. 1 tbsp
8. Tomato Ketchup 2 & 1/2 tbsp
9. Vinegar 1 tsp
10. Sugar 1/4 tsp
11. Crushed black pepper 1 pinch
12. Green chili 02 no
13. Dried red chili 10-12 no
14. Chopped ginger 1/2 inch
15. Chopped Garlic 10-12 no
16. Seasoning sauce few dash/few drop
17. Spring onion 30 gms
18. Toasted sesame seeds 1/4 tsp
19. Sesame oil 2 tsp

Method

1. Cut the paneer (Cottage Cheese) into small dice, then take a bowl, marinate with ginger & garlic, red chili powder and salt, after that immediate coat with cornflour.
2. Now fry the paneer (Cottage cheese) until become crispy. Keep it aside.
3. Then make a sauce, take bowl put soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chili powder, salt and sugar, mix it well and keep it aside.
4. Cut the onion, and green capsicum into small dice, and cut the spring onion into 01 inch and dice shape.
5. Now take a kadai, sauce pan, heat it up, put oil, add chopped garlic, ginger green chili and dried red chili, sautéed it for 30-45 seconds, now add crushed black pepper into it.
6. Add the onion & capsicum, sautéed it for 30-45 seconds, and sprinkle with little salt. then add the sauce into it with some seasoning sauce too only fe drops.
7. Immediately add the crispy cottage cheese (Paneer) into the kauai/sauteed pan, sautéed it for 30 seconds add little water and corn starch to thickened the sauce and sauce will coat with the cottage cheese(Paneer), add spring onion and sesame oil.
8. Serve hot garnish with toasted sesame seeds and spring onion.
