HARDLY TAKES 5 MINS.
INGREDIENTS & PROCEDURE:
1) সরিষার তেল = सरसों का तेल = MUSTERED OIL
(1ST LET THE OIL TO HEAT UP IN LOW FLAME FOR 30 SECS)
↓
2) পেঁয়াজ = प्याज़ = ONION
3) লঙ্কা = मिर्च = CHILI
4) হলুদ = हल्दी =TURMERIC
5) নুন = नमक = SALT
(THEN PUT CHOPPED ONION, CHILI, SALT AND TURMERIC TO HEATED OIL AND COOK UNTIL ONION GETS BROWN COLOR)
↓
6) মুড়ি = मुरमुरे = PUFFED RICE
(THEN PUTT PUFFED RICE TO THE MIXTURE OF ONION-CHILI AND COOK FOR 3 MINS MAX)
** REMEMBER TO KEEP “LOW FLAME” DURING WHOLE COOKING PROCESS.
