मटर का निमोना बनाने का आसान तरीका |

Ingredients:-
* Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) – 1 serving spoon
* Dal Vadi (दाल की वडी) – 2-3
* Potato
(आलू) – 4-5 small size
* Green peas (हरे मटर)
– 1 bowl/300-350 grams
* Mustard Oil (सरसों का तेल)
* Bay leaf
(तेज पत्ता) – 1
* Whole Red Chili (साबुत लाल मिर्च)
– 1
* Cumin seeds
(जीरा) – 1/2 tsp
* Asafoetida
(हींग) – 1/4 tsp
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Tomatoes
(टमाटर) – 2
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर)
* Red chili
powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
* Salt (नमक)
* Water(पानी)
For Paste:-
* Green coriander (हरा धनिया)
* Green garlic
(हरा लहसुन)
* Green chili
(हरी मिर्च)
* Ginger (अदरक)
RECIPE:
Put some Mustard Oil in the pan and fry the Vadis in it and take out them. Then put some chopped Potatoes and fry them. When the Potatoes get fried and soft then take out the Potatoes.
Take some Peas and grind them coarsely. Then roast the ground Peas and make them dry properly and take it out.
Make a paste of Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilies and Coriander Leaves and keep it aside.
Now in the same pan, put some Mustard Oil and then put a Bay Leaf, Dry Whole Red Chili, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida and keep the flame slow. Put some Turmeric Powder and then put the paste in it and also put some Raw Peas in it.
Put the fried Vadis by crushing it, some chopped Tomatoes and let them to be cooked by covering it.
After some time, put the fried Potatoes, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala and some Salt. Then put the Roasted Peas in it and again roast altogether and then put some Water in it.
Cover it and cook it on medium flame for 5-7 mins.
Turn the flame off and Matar Ka Nimona will get ready to serve.
