Today I have prepared a very attractive dish in Vietnam that is Steamed Snail
Here I use commune, chili, garlic, onions and some other spices to increase the flavor as well as remove the fishy smell of the snail and make the dish richer.
In addition, ginger fish sauce is also an indispensable spice when eaten with this dish
They are really delicious, the big round, fat snails add to the taste of ginger and chili pepper that I can’t resist.
