Naan Bread:
– 2 1/2 C. Flour
– 1 tsp. Baking Powder
– 1 tsp. Salt
– 1 tsp. Sugar
– 4 Tbsp. Melted Butter
– 6 Tbsp. + 2 Tsp. Milk
– 1/2 C. Sour Cream
* Mix all ingredients. Cover & let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Korean Beef:
– 1 lb. ground beef
– 1 bag frozen broccoli
– 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
– 1 Tbsp. sriracha
– 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
– 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
– 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
– 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
– 1 tsp. garlic powder
– 1 tsp. onion powder
– cayenne, salt, and pepper to taste
* Top with green onion, if desired.
Purple Dipping Sauce
– 1/2 C. Red Wine
– 1 Tbsp. each:
garlic powder
onion powder
lemon pepper
– salt & pepper to taste
– 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Crockpot Chili & Potatoes
– 4 Russet Potatoes, peeled & sliced thinly
– 1 lb. ground beef
– 1 beef bouillon cube
– 1 Tbsp. flour
– 1 Tbsp. chili powder
– 1 tsp. paprika
– 1 tsp. cumin
– 1 tsp. garlic powder
– 1 tsp. onion powder
– white pepper & cayenne to taste
– 1 can kidney beans
– 1/2 can diced green chiles
– 2 C. veggie juice (v8)
