Ingredients:
Two green peppers
One onion
Three cans of red kidney beans
One box of veggie rotini
Three handfuls of spinach
Two cans of diced tomatoes
2 lb of ground beef
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
1/4 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tbsp cumin
1/4 tbsp crushed red pepper
Add one cup of beef broth for a more soupy chili
Directions:
Add all ingredients into the pot.
Stir to break up the ground beef into smaller chunks.
Set pressure cooker for high heat and set time for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes release pressure and stir.
Chop up any leftover large chunks of beef.
Add cheddar cheese and air fry for an additional minute.
Eat.
