Crispy and Spicy Chilli Potatoes| Chilli Potatoes| Potatoes Recipe| Aloo Chilli Recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes – 6Nos
To Make Batter:
Corn Flour – 1/2Cup
Maida – 1/2Cup
Salt – 1/2Tsp
Chili Powder – 1Tsp
Pepper – 1/4Tsp
Water

To Make Sauce:
Oil – 2Tbsp
Chopped Garlic – 1Tbsp
Chopped Onion – 3 No.
Chopped Capsicum – 1Cup
Soya Sauce – 1Tsp
Red Chili Sauce – 2Tbsp
Green Chili Sauce – 2Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup – 3Tbsp
Chili Powder – 1Tsp
Water
Corn Flour
Pinch of Salt

Method:
Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
Boil the potatoes. They should not be soft but should be firm and semi-cooked.
Strain the water from potatoes
In a bowl, add corn-flour, maida, salt, pepper powder, red chili powder and mix well
Add water gradually and mix well
Dip the potatoes pieces into the batter
Deep fry the potatoes pieces till they are golden brown in color and keep them aside
Heat a pan with some oil, add garlic, ginger and saute
Add onions, capsicum and saute
Add all the sauces, red chili powder and saute
Add corn-flour slurry and mix well
Add salt as per taste
Add the fried potatoes pieces and mix well
pinch of black pepper and mix well
Serve it hot.
