Capsicum cubed – 1 medium size
Spring Onion Chopped – 1 small cup
Green chili – 3 to 4 Numbers
Garlic – 5 to 6 cloves
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Soy Sauce – 1 Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup – 2 Tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt – As per Taste
Chili Powder – As per Taste
For Tempura :
Corn Flour – 3 to 4 Tbsp
Besan Flour – 2 Tbsp
Rice Flour – 1 Tbsp
Salt – As per taste
Chili Powder – As per taste
Oil – For frying
