Chili con carne (in short Chili), meaning “chili with meat”, is a spicy stew containing chili peppers, meat, tomatoes and kidney beans. Other seasonings may include garlic, onions, and cumin. The dish originated in northern Mexico or southern Texas. I thought to share my version of Chili recipe with you guys. Just watch and enjoy my chili video.
