Kadhai Paneer:
Ingredients–
Paneer- 200gm
Onion- 3/4 cup sliced & 1/2 cup cut in cubes (approx. 3 medium sized onion)
Tomatoes— 1 cup (approx. 2 medium sized)
Ginger/adrak– 1inch
Garlic- 5-6 pods
Cashews/kaju- 7-8
Vegetable oil- 1+1/2 tbsp
Green Capsicum-1/2 cup
Salt- 1tsp +1/2tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2tsp
Sugar– 1/2tsp
1tbsp butter
1/2cup water
1/2tsp garam masala powder
1tbsp kasuri methi/dry fenugreek leaves
For kadhai paneer masala- 1tsp +1/2tsp coriander/dhania seeds, 1/2tsp black pepper, 1/2cumin seeds, 1/2tsp fennel seeds/saunf, 2 green cardamom and 1tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

Instant Chilli Garlic Paratha:
Ingredients–
1/2 cup all purpose flour/maida
1/2 cup wheat flour
1tbsp butter
1/2tsp chilli flakes
1tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1tbsp kasuri methi/dry fenugreek leaves
1cup +1/2cup water
Vegetable oil
