Today i am showing how to make a healthy and nutritious soya recipe which is known as soya chilli manchurian.It is easy to make as well as tastes yummy and is a very good option for vegetarians.kids will love this recipe too.
Ingredients
To marinade soya chunks:-
1 cup medium size soya chunks
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder/ paste
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2tbsp cornflour
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp ginger garlic crushed/ paste
For boiling soya chunks:-
soya chunks
2 glass of water
1 tsp salt
For frying:-
3-4 tbsp refined oil
For sauce/ gravy:-
1 tbsp ginger garlic crushed / paste
1 green chilli chopped
2 onion cut in cubes
2 capsicum cut in cubes
salt as per your taste
2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp green chilli sauce/ red chilli sauce
3-4 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp vinegar
coriander leaves for garnishing
