Paneer Chilli is an Indian-Chinese style main course dish of paneer (cottage) and veggies in a tingling, sweet, spicy, and salty sauce. Ingredients:-
400gm Cottage Cheese (paneer)
3tblespn All Purpose Flour (maida)
3tblespn Cornflour
1tblespn Cornflour + ⅓ cup Water
2 Onions
1 large Capsicum
1 tblespn chopped Ginger
1 & ½ tblespn chopped Garlic
1 tblespn chopped Green Chilli
Some chopped Spring Onion
Salt as per taste
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
½ tsp Soy Sauce
½ tsp Vinegar
½ tsp Green Chilli Sauce
1 tblespn Red Chilli Sauce
1 tblespn Tomato Ketchup
2 tblespn Schezwan Sauce
⅓ cup Cooking Oil
