Dutch Oven Chili
2 lbs Ground Beef
1 Large Onion – chopped
4 -5 Cloves Garlic – minced
1/3 C Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Cumin
2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Red Pepper
1 Can Roasted Tomatoes
1 Can Kidney Beans
4 8 oz Cans Tomato Sauce
Brown ground beef, and onion & garlic cook until onions start to become translucent. Add
chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper & red pepper. Stir until well blended. Add roasted tomatoes, kidney beans and
tomato sauce. Cook on low heat for at least 45 minutes stirring occasionally.
Serve with cheese, sour cream & tortilla chips.
