Kabuli chana – 1 cup
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Cornflour – 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp
FOR SAUCE:
Oil – 1 tbsp
Grated ginger – 2 tsp
Grated garlic – 2 tsp
Spring onion white part – 1/4 cup
Chopped capsicum – 1/4 cup
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Red chilly sauce – 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Spring onion green part – 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Oil to deep fry
