Soya chunks are made from defatted soy flour, a by-product of extracting soybean oil. It has a protein content which is equal to that of meat. It is quick and also easy to cook.

4 nos onion
1 nos tomato
3 nos green chilli
6 cloves garlic
1 piece ginger
3 Tablespoon kashmiri chilli powder
1- 1/2 Teaspoon pepper powder
1 Teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 Teaspoon garam masala powder
1 Teaspoon tomato sauce
1 Teaspoon soy sauce
1 Teaspoon chilli sauce
1/2 Teaspoon sugar
1/2 Teaspoon vinegar
1-1/2 Tablespoon corn flour
Required salt
Required vegetable oil
Required water
