To make fried soya:
Soya chunks: 1 Cup
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder: 2 tsp
Cornflour: 2-3 spoons
Oil for frying
To make chilli soya:
Oil: 2 spoons
Ginger garlic: 2 tsp
Green chillies(chopped) : 2
Onion(chopped) : 1/4 Cup
Capsicum (chopped) : 1/4 Cup
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli sauce: 3 spoons
Tomato ketchup: 2 spoons
Vinegar: 1 spoon
Soya sauce: 1/2 spoon
Cornflour slurry
Fried soya chunks
Fresh corriander leves or spring onions for garnishing
