– 1½ Cup soya chunks
(For Marinate Masala)
– 1 glass warm water
– ½ cup curd
– 2 tbs cornflour
– salt (according to your taste)
– 5 tbs oil
– 1 tsp kashmiri Red chilli powder
– 2 tbs oil
– ½ cup chopped cabbage
– 2 chopped capsicum
– ½ Red capsicum
– ½ yellow capsicum
– salt (according to your taste)
– 1 tsp soya sauce
– 1 tsp Red chilli sauce
– 1½ tsp ketchup
– ½ tsp vinegar
– ½ tsp black pepper powder
– some Coriander leaves
– 1 tsp sesame seeds
