Cooking Method ::-
* 500 gms Boneless Chicken
* Salt to taste
* 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
* 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
* 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
* 1 tsp Vinegar
* 2 tsp Soy sauce
* 1 Beaten Egg
* 3 tbsp Maida/ All Purpose flour
* 2 tbsp Cornflour / Cornstarch
* Mix Well
* Until Chicken is Completely Coated
* Leave for 30 mins
* Heat Oil over med- flame
* Now fry those Chicken Pieces
* Fry for 3-5 mins
* Over med-flame
* Until Cooked from inside as well
* Stir in between
* Fry all of them
* Heat up a Wok
* Add 4 tbsp Cooking Oil
* Add Chopped Garlic
* Add 2-3 Chopped Green chillies
* Add some Onion Cubes
* Capsicum Cubes
*Fry it for while
* Add Salt to taste
* Add 1/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder
* Cook for a while
* Add 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
* Add 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
* Add the fried chicken
* Mix well
* Until well Coated with the Sauces
* Close the lid for 3 mins
* Add some Chopped Coriander leaves
* Hot- Hot Chicken Chilli
