Aaj hum bana rahay hain mazaydar chicken tikka jo bohat asan hai aap asani se ghar par bana saktay hain bina oven or tandoor ke.
“Chicken Tikka Recipe Without Oven”
Ingredients:
Chicken Tikka 3 Pieces
Yogurt – 1 Cup
Ginger garlic paste – 2 Tsp
Salt – 1/2 Tsp
Red Chili Powder – 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Yellow Food Color – 1 Pinch
Water – 10 ml (to make thick paste)
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Method:
1) Deeply Mark Chicken
2) In a bowl marination bowl, add yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder and yellow food color.
3) Mix all the ingredients by add 10 ml water.
4) Make a thick paste of marination.
5) Now add chicken in marination mixture and coat properly from all sides.
6) Rest the chicken in marination mixture for 30 minutes.
7) After 30 minutes, in a pan add chicken and pour marination mixture with littel amount of water.
8) Cover and cook for 20 minutes on low medium heat.
9) After 20 minutes, when the chicken cooked.
10 Take it out and fry in a pan by adding 1 Tbsp oil from both sides.
11) Take the chicken out as it get brown.
Chicken tikka is ready to eat. Serve with green chutney and salad.
