Ingredients:
Onion – Sliced 20-30 gm
Cabbage – Paysanne Cut 30-50 gm
Red Bell Pepper – Julienne Cut 20-30 gm
Yellow Bell Pepper – Julienne Cut 20-30 gm
Carrot – Julienne Cut 20-30 gm
Green Chilli – Slit 2-3
Ginger – Minced 5gm
Garlic – Minced 5 gm
Dry Red Chilli – Paste 5 gm
Soya Sauce 3-5 ml
Vinegar 2-3 ml
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Hakka Noodles 100gm
Cooking Method
1. Boil the Hakka noodles and keep them aside
2. Boil the dry red chillies for a minute then drain the water and give a good mix in a blender to get a red paste.
3. Cut all the vegetables into long strips ( Julienne)
4. Mince the ginger and garlic.
5. Take a frying pan and heat some oil.
6. Add the minced ginger, garlic, and the red chilli paste into the hot oil and cook till the raw smell is gone.
7. Add the vegetables and cook for a minute.
8. Now add the noodles into the vegetables, mix into it the soya sauce and vinegar and cook on a high flame for a minute.
9. Finish up by adding salt and pepper to taste, serve hot.
Tips – For the best Noodles recipe, always boil the water before adding the noodles and add a little amount of oil and salt to it. Add some more oil to the noodles after removing them from water as it prevents the noodles from sticking.
