Ingredients for Prawns Chilli:
– Prawns/Shrimp – 250 gms (250-300 gms. net after shelling & de-veining)
Marinade:
– Salt- 1/2 tbsp
– Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tbsp
– All Purpose Flour- 2 tbsp
– Cornflour- 2.5 tbsp
– Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
– Pepper Powder- 1/2 tbsp
Tempering:
– Garlic chopped- 2 tbsp
– Ginger chopped- 1.5 tbsp
– Green Chillies sliced- 1
– Spring Onion whites, chopped- 3( 2 tbsp)
Sauces:
– Dark Soy Sauce- 2 tbsp
– Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
– Red Chilli Sauce- 1 tbsp
– White Vinegar-1 tbsp
Other Ingredients:
– Onion petals- 1 small onion
– Green Peppers (Capsicum), cubed – 1/2 cup
– Spring Onion greens, chopped- (3 tbsp)
