Ingredients – Egg chilli
For the batter
* All purpose flour (Maida) – Quarter cup
* Corn flour – 3 Tablespoons
* Pepper powder – Quarter Teaspoon
* Salt – As required
Mix all dry ingredients
* Water- As required
Add water in batches and make into a paste
* Boiled eggs – 4
* Oil – As required
Fry the eggs dipped in batter and keep it aside
For gravy (Keep it on high heat all the time)
* Oil – 2 Tablespoon
* Ginger – Half an inch
* Garlic – 2-3 cloves
* Onion – Half (Cut into cubes)
* Green Capsicum – Half (Cut into cubes)
* Green Chillies – 2
* Red and Yellow Capsicum – Half (Cut into cubes)
* Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
* Hot sauce – 2 tablespoon
* Corn flour – 2 Teaspoons with water for corn slurry
* Water – Approx 200 ML
Cook the gravy until its thick. Add our fried egg and mix well.
Serve it hot.
