NINJA FOODI – PRESSURE COOKER 2 MINUTE TURKEY CHILI

Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped

1 medium red bell pepper, chopped

1 medium yellow (or orange) bell pepper, chopped

2 lb. raw 93% lean ground turkey

2 cans chopped tomatoes

2 cans kidney beans, rinsed, drained

1 can chili beans

1 tsp. chili powder

½ tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)

Crushed red peppers (to taste; optional)

½ tsp. parsley

Directions:

Add all ingredients into pressure cooker.

Stir

Place lid on cooker and set cooker to high for 2 minutes.

Once finished cooking release the pressure valve.

Stir then serve
