A quick prawn recipe loaded with BIG flavours! Seared prawns smothered in a spicy, sticky Asian sauce.
Ingredients

Prawns: 400 Grams
Flour: 2 Tbsp
Egg: 1
Cooking Oil: as needed
Garlic Paste: 1 ½ Tbsp
Ginger Paste: ½ Tbsp
Soy Sauce: 2 Tbsp
Black Pepper: 1 Tsp
Chilli Paste: 1 Tbsp
Sweet Chilli Sauce: 1 Tbsp
Green Bell Peppers: ½ Cup
In a bowl with your prawns, add in flour and egg
Give it a good mix
In a pan, add your cooking oil
Fry the prawns
When they are done, place in a separate bowl
In the same pan, add more cooking oil
Add in the remaining ingredients
Once bubbling, add the shrimps back in
Give it a good mix
Serve hot
