INGREDIENTS
1.5lbs Minced beef
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2tbsp oil
1/2 cup bell pepper
1 chilli mix powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp corriander
1 can
1 small can crushed tomatoes
1 cup chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste
fresh parsley or cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large pot heat olive oil. Cook onion, beef, and garlic until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
Drain the fat and add all other ingredients.
Bring the chili to a boil, then simmer for 30- 40 minutes and until sweet potatoes are of desired softness. Garnish paraley or cilantro.
