Ingredients
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp Grated Ginger
1 medium onion chopped
250 gms raw guavas
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
2 tsp red chili powder
50 ml Water
50 gms HERSHEY’S Caramel Flavoured Syrup
1/2 cup brown vinegar
Black salt to taste
Salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Process:
● Wash, peel and chop the guava into small pieces, sprinkle lemon juice and toss well and keep aside.
● In a pan, add oil, sauté the ginger & onions till translucent
● Add the guava, chili powder, water and simmer over medium heat till soft
● Add HERSHEY’S Caramel Flavoured Syrup, vinegar, salt, cumin, black salt, stir well, and cook until a thick sauce is made
● Chill and serve with a savory dish of your choice
