Ingredients:
Step 1 – Marinate the Chicken :
Preparing the Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli paste :
Ginger – ½ inch piece
Garlic – 10 to 12 cloves
Green Chillies – 1 to 2
Water – 1 to 2 tbsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Chicken – 400 gms ( leg boneless cut pieces )
Salt – ½ tsp
Pepper – ¼ tsp
Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli paste – 1 tsp
Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
Step 2 – Preparing the Vegetables :
Onions – 3 ( medium ) ( cut into cubes )
Spring Onions – 5 ( 1 bunch )
( cut 1 inch slices of the white part & finely cut the green stems )
Capsicum – 1 ( large ) ( cut into cubes )
Green Chillies – 2 ( cut into half & slit )
Garlic – 15 cloves ( chopped fine )
Step 3 – Preparing the Sauce :
Pepper – ¼ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Red Chilli powder – ½ tsp ( Kashmiri )

Corn Flour – 3 tbsp
Vinegar – 2 tsp
Soya Sauce – 4 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup – 2 to 3 tbsp
Water – 240 ml ( 1 cup )

Corn Flour – 6 tbsp
Five Spice powder – ½ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Sugar – ½ tsp
Water – 240 ml ( 1 cup )
Cooking Oil – 5 tbsp
