Healthy Chilli Recipe – My Way

The next instalment is a healthy chilli with optional extras if you want them – this is how I like mine

Recipe – 12:11

Ingredients
1 Onion Finely Chopped
750g 5% fat Mince
1 Beef Oxo Cube
3tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1-2 Tsp Mild Chilli (or Cayenne if you want hot)
1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes or my Tomato Sauce
1 Tin Kidney Beans in Chilli Sauce
Optional – Garlic, Mushrooms, Dark Chocolate

Method:
Brown Onions in a pan – if using Garlic add now
Add mince and Oxo Cube and brown mince
Add spices and mix
Add tomatoes and mix
Add Kidney beans and mix
Leave to cook for about 20 minutes on low-medium heat

Serve with Rice
