*Ingredient*
I used 200g Soyfit Garlic Pepper Tofu
Paste
1 tbsp Red chilli paste
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1½ tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Tomato sauce
Vegetable in Dice chopped
1 small Onion
1 big Capsicum
1 medium Carrot
½ Corn
1in Ginger
5-7 cloves Garlic
4 tbsp Oil
2 tsp Cumin seeds
2 tsp Sesame
Black pepper
2 Green chillies ( for more spicy )
Fresh coriander leaves
1tbsp Cornstarch + 1 cup water
notice* don’t overcook and just look as thing lock their flavor into each other.
