Ingredients for Chili Chicken Recipe:
For marination:
– Boneless chicken (preferably thigh) cut into 1 inch cubes- 750 G
– Salt- 1/2 tsp
– Crushed Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
– Corn flour- 3 Tbsp
– Vinegar 1 Tbsp
– Soy sauce- 1 Tbsp
– Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
– Egg – 1
– Onion petals- 1 Medium onion
– Green & Yellow capsicum cubed- Half/Half
– Garlic, chopped- 2 Tbsp
– Chopped Ginger 2 Tbsp
– Celery Stem Chopped 3 Tbsp
– Green chilies, thin slices- 6-7
– Spring onion, white portion chopped- 70 G
– Spring onions, green tops- chopped for garnishing 50 G
– Oil 5 Tbsp
– water 1 cup
– Ajinomoto 1/3 tsp
– Salt 1/2 tsp
– Sugar 1/3 tsp
– Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
– Chili Flakes 1/2 tsp
– Schezwan Sauce – 3 tsp
– Tomato sauce- 3 Tbsp
– Dark Soy sauce- 1 tsp
– Corn flour slurry- 1 tbsp corn flour mixed in half Cup of water
