Ingredients
For Marinate
* 1 LB Medium sized prawns
* 1 Egg
* Salt to taste
* 1 tsp Black pepper powder
* 2 tbsp All Purpose flour
* 2 tbsp Cornflour or corn starch
* 1 tbsp Soy sauce
* Vegetable oil For frying

For chili prawns
* 1 tbsp Oil
* 1 Onion Diced
* 3 Garlic cloves Finely chopped
* 1/2 inch Ginger Finely chopped
* 1 cup Capsicum Cubed( different colors)
* 4 Green chillies Slit into half
* 1 tbsp Soy sauce
* 2 tbsp chilli sauce
* 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (optional)
* 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
* 1 tsp Vinegar
* 1/4 tsp pepper powder
* 1 tsp corn starch mix with 1/4 cup water
* 2 tbsp Spring Onion greens Chopped
* Salt to taste
* 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Preparation
* Wash and clean the prawns and tap them dry using a kitchen towel.
* Add prawns in a bowl along with egg, salt, black pepper powder, maida, cornflour and soy sauce. Let the prawns marinate for 15 minutes.
* Heat oil in a kadai. When the oil is hot, add the prawns and fry until nicely browned. Drain and keep aside.
* Heat oil in a wok. Add onion, ginger and garlic and fry on high heat for 2 minutes.
* Add capsicum and green chillies and fry for 2 minute.
* Add soy sauce, red chilli sauce and vinegar. Add corn starch slurry and cook for 2 minutes. Adjust the seasoning.
* Add fried prawns and toss them well with the the sauce. Garnish with spring onion greens and coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
