Ingredients
Marination :
1/2 kg undercut beef
salt to taste
1 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp corn flour
Coating :
1 eggs
2 tbsp corn flour
Oil for frying
For the sauce:
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 dried red chillies
1.5 tbsp chilli paste
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1.5 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp chicken powder | 1 stock cube
3 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
5-6 green chillies
1/2 onion (sliced)
1/2 capsicum
2 spring onions
sesame seeds for garnish
