Most people believe that building muscle is impossible while being a vegan let alone bodybuilding. Veganism , which is proven to have a lot of health benefits, is often maligned for being too low in protein, which many non-vegans tend to find through meat, eggs, and dairy. So, is vegan body building possible? If we design our meal plan carefully and eat smart can we build muscle on a vegan diet? This is what my vegan bodybuilding journey is all about. Through my vegan bodybuilding series, I will try to show that it’s possible to build and maintain an impressive physique without eating animal products.

This will be a live and ongoing series where I will try to transform my body strictly on a vegan diet. I will try to build the maximum amount of muscle while losing as much fat as possible. I will be sharing my workout plans, my vegan meal plans and all other updates regularly so you can see my body transform from beginning to the end of this transformation.
