Paneer chilli recipe| Restaurant style chilli paneer at home

INGREDIENTS:-
For Marination:
* Cottage Cheese – 400 grams
* All Purpose Flour 1 spoon
* Corn Flour 2 spoon
* Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder 1-1.5 spoon
* Water
* Salt
* Oil for frying
For Chilli Paneer:
* Oil
* Garlic
* Ginger
* Green Chilli
* Onion
* Capsicum
* Salt
* Soya Sauce 2 spoon
* Vinegar 1 tbsp.
* Tomato Ketchup
* Corn Flour- 2 spoon
RECIPE:
Take All Purpose Flour, Corn Flour & mix them & wrap the Cottage Cheese Cubes with it. Put some Kashmiri Red Chili Powder & Water mixture, some Salt & wrap the Cottage Cheese Cubes properly & fry them.
In a pan, put Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili, Onion, Capsicum, Salt, Soya Sauce, Vinegar, Chili Sauce, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder & Tomato Ketchup & saute them. Take out some Veggies for Chilli Paneer and put fried Cottage Cheese Cubes. Mix them & garnish the Dry Chilli Paneer.
CHILLI PANEER GRAVY
If you want to make paneer chilli in gravy.
In a pan, put the remaining Veggies, Salt, fried Cottage Cheese Cubes, Corn Flour & Water Mixture, some Soya Sauce & cook it. Chilli Paneer Gravy will get ready.
In this way, you can enjoy both chilli paneer dry as a starter and chilli paneer gravy as a main course restaurant style at home.
