Ingredients
Boiled Egg – 6 Nos
Oil – 1 Tsp
Garlic – 2 Tsp Finely Chopped
Ginger – 2 Tsp Finely Chopped
Onion – 1 No.
Capsicum – 1 No.
Green Chilli – 6 Nos
Salt – 1/4 Tsp
Pepper – 1/2 Tsp
Vinegar – 1 Tsp
Soy Sauce – 2 Tsp
Chilli Sauce – 1 1/2 Tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 2 Tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp

Maida
Method:
1. To a bowl, add corn flour, maida, salt and pepper. Mix them.
2. Spread the flour mixture on a plate.
3. To another bowl add, corn flour, maida, pepper, salt and mix. Gradually pour water and mix it to a right smooth consistency.
4. Heat some oil in a kadaai for deep frying.
5. Cut the eggs into quarters. Coat the egg pieces in the dry flour and dip it in the wet flour mixture.
6. Once the oil is hot, generally drop the egg pieces in the oil.
7. To a wide pan, add oil, garlic, ginger, onion wedge, and saute.
8. Now add capsicum, fresh Green chillies, and saute for 2 mins.
9. Season this with salt and pepper, vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, and mix.
10. Now add chilli powder and corn flour slurry.
11. Once the sauce is ready, add the fried egg pieces and toss gently.
12. Finally add spring onions and mix.
13. Chilli Egg is ready to be served.
