Maida-1/2 cup
Corn flour-1/4 cup
Red chilli powder-1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp (marinate &15 min rest)
Then deep fry for gobi
In a pan
Oil -2 tbsp
Ginger -1 tbsp
Garlic _1 tbsp
Green chilli -2-3
Spring onion -1 tbsp
Capsicum 🫑 &onion
Tomato sauce -2 cloves tbsp
Chilli sauce -1 tbsp
Soya sauce -1 tbsp
Salt pinch
Sugar -1/2 tsp
