: Ingredients & Process :
Take peeled potatoes,
Slice them into wedges
Heat some water in a pot,
Parboil wedge potatoes
Take out & let them cool.
Take a bowl,
Maida- 1 cup
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Oregano- 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala- 1/2 tsp (optional)
Add water & make a flowing slurry
Dip parboiled potato wedges into the slurry &
Drop them into hot oil.
Cook them halfway & take it.
Let them cool down completely.
Flash fry the wedges for a crispy texture.
Butter- 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic- 1 tbsp
Chili flakes- 1 tsp
Potato Wedges
Spring onions to garnish.
Serve with mayonnaise or hung curd . Enjoy!
