Vegan mince sauce – Funky Fields plant-based mince (from Woolworths) cooked with fried onion, taco seasoning, tomato paste and red kidney beans
Vegan cheese – Kehoe’s Organic Tasty Turmeric Cashew Cheese, from Woolworths. (I thinned this out with some soy milk and added nutritional yeast)
Vegan cashew sour cream – from this recipe: (I always omit the cilantro)
Hot sauce – Texas Pete brand (my friend Madison Mukbang sent this to me – not sure if you can get it in Australia)
