So a quick video with two easy recipe, that will have you serve a complete tasty homemade meal. Using ingredients easily available in at your own kitchen.

INGREDIENTS:
Mexican Chilli:
oil – 2 tbsp
chopped onion – 1 medium
garlic – 1 1/2 tbsp
serrano pepper – 1
lean ground beef – 500g
Mexican chili powder – 3 tbsp; You can buy it from: *
cumin – 1 tsp
smoked paprika – 1 tsp; You can buy the one I used from: *
tomato – 1 cup; You can buy what I used from: *
chipotle peppers in adobo sauce – 2 or 3; You can buy what I used from: *
adobo sauce – 1 – 2 tbsp
refried black beans (canned) – 1/2 cup; You can buy it from: *
pinto beans (canned) – 1 cup; You can buy what I have used, from: *
kidney beans (canned) – 1 cup; You can buy what I have used, from: *
beef stock – 3 cups; You can buy what I have used here, from: *
salt to taste
grated cheese and cilantro to garnish

Jalapeno Corn Bread:

corn meal – 1 cup; You can buy what I used from: *
baking powder – 2 tsp; You can buy the one I used from: *
cheddar cheese shredded – 1/2 cup
salt – 3/4 tsp
eggs – 2
butter milk – 1 cup
cream-style corn – 1 cup; You can buy what I used from: *
oil – 1/4 cup
jalapeno peppers – 1 – 2 tbsp
